• Advance Cancellation: Cancellations made 5 days or more prior to check-in are eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the terms of your booking.

• Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 5 days of check-in may incur a cancellation fee or forfeit the booking deposit.

• No-Show Policy: In the case of a no-show without prior cancellation, the full booking amount will be charged.
