• Booking Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed once a deposit payment is received.

• Payment Policy: All bookings must be prepaid unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, debit and credit cards, UPI.

• Liability: Nirvana Bhimashankar Jungle Resort is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items. Guests are responsible for their belongings.

• Conduct: Guests must follow all resort guidelines and policies for a safe and enjoyable stay. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in removal without refund.
